October 2009 - The Rebuttal to the Ad – NANPS Makes A Difference

In 2009 The Local Scoop on behalf of NANPS, sent a formal complaint to The Advertising Standards Canada when Scotts Canada used a photo of Goldenrod to identify Ragweed in their ad for Roundup. As a result the ad was amended and the offending photo was replaced with a correct one of Ragweed. There was, however, no formal apology to Goldie.
